From sources to a consistent submission

The paper stays in its own Git repository. The workspace reads it and keeps every part checked against the others.

  1. SourcesEvery citation checked against each edition’s bibliography.
  2. ManuscriptParts and chapters with their status, words, cites, missing keys, figures and the branches touching them.
  3. PublishThe target venue, its checklist and the package that goes out.

Does the AI change my paper?

Answers come from the workspace’s own index — chapters, research objects, issues, references — and link to them. Changes are only proposed: you confirm each one.

Where does the paper live?

In its own GitHub repository, which stays the source of truth. Paperworkspace keeps only a derived index and the file bytes.
